Originally the Estate Sawmill supplying Eynsham Park Estate with all its timber and fencing we believe the sawmill was first opened in the late 1800's.
The saws in the main sawmill building were originally powered by traction engine with the last engine, "Eynsham Hall", to power the saws still attending local steam fairs each summer such as the Bloxham Steam Fair near Banbury.
A family run business, Eynsham Park Sawmill sits on the edge of a country Estate between Oxford and Witney.
We cut Oak and softwood on site to specification for construction and fencing purposes as well as for our own use in our workshops.
Domestic and agricultural fencing including post and rail, closeboard, larch-lapped panels, planters, garden furniture, paled fencing, garden benches and picnic tables, archways, field and garden gates, a wide range of trellis and Elite panels are in stock whilst entrance and non standard sized gates and other items are made-to-order.
All of our own products can be made-to-order to fit your requirements and we are now able to offer design assistance for bespoke projects such as timber framed buildings, garden offices, summerhouses, workshops and sheds.
We hold stocks of decking, wire, gate fittings, nails, screws, plywood, roofing felt and a wide range of timber fixings.
All of our softwood stock is vacuum/pressure treated with A.C.Q. on site, we can also undertake timber treatment for customers.
